Cow Parade 1998
In 1998 I was selected amongst other Swiss artists to participate in the "Cow Parade", which would start in Zurich and then spread all around the world.
I was thrilled to decorate one of these polyester live size cows, which should be a summer long tourist attraction through the main streets of Zurich.
Many of the shops, companies and banks bought a raw cow and they mostly also did choose the artist to have it painted.
I was lucky having the opportunity to paint the Apple Tree Cow for Hermès - Paris pour "l'Année de l'Arbre 1998".
As a consequence, I got other "cow commissions" by shops and private people.
